The overall rental process was very smooth and the host was highly responsive, which I appreciated. However, the windshield washer fluid was empty at pickup, and I had to spend quite a bit of time searching for it at gas stations and markets during my trip. Aside from that inconvenience, it was a solid experience.

Apologies for the inconvenience with the washer fluid — this should have been checked before pickup and I’ll improve this in future pre-trip checks. For future reference, standard water bottles or tap can also be used if needed during a trip.

We had a really good experience with the car we rented from Alex. The car itself was in excellent condition—clean, comfortable, and very reliable on the road. It was easy to drive, fuel-efficient, and definitely made our trip smooth and enjoyable. Alex was also very accommodating and friendly, explaining everything clearly and making sure we were set before heading out. You can tell he really cares about giving good service. Overall, it was a good car and a hassle-free rental experience. We highly recommend Alex if you’re looking for a trustworthy and well-maintained car to rent.
