Car was well below road worthy. Front indicator bulb was missing, interior was filthy so was the outside. Fuel tank was at just above half a tank so very hard to make sure it was return with the correct level of fuel. Car was not unlocked when I I arrived I was left standing in an industrial area alone and feeling unsafe.

I can't rate this because I totally forgot about this booking. Made the arrangement months ago and I didn't have a confirmation saved. I had already arrived and rented a different car when I got a reminder that the car was there and waiting for me. I sent a message that I needed to cancel and never heard back. However, the owner and the company sent me plenty of notice at the end of the term of lease. My mistake and my loss.
