Initial pick up , they had us waiting for more than 25mins ,then using their typing error as we didn’t know how to upload our basic details, so far strike 2 … then the initial car we had was a walking accident waiting to happen ,drivers seat belt was stuck and you needed to tug at it hard to even get on , it didn’t retract making this whole rental experience very disheartening, last of all car needs a wheel alignment, tho they might have other great vehicles, unfortunately I got a shit one.
Returned car early to have to hire another vehicle thru a different mob.
