Unfortunately, the car was so heavily embedded with cigarette smoke that any journey left us feeling nauseated. It was really quite uncomfortable. If it was from the previous hire then I am sorry to the owner for this rating… but I feel this information should have been given prior to pick up. We were very unhappy with this hire

Hi Anna, I sincerely apologize that the car had a smoke odor during your trip. Unfortunately, the guest immediately before you violated Turo's no-smoking policy. Because there was less than a 12-hour window between the trips, I did everything I could to deep clean and deodorize the car in that short timeframe, but clearly, it wasn't enough to fully eliminate the smell. I completely understand your frustration. Please know this is not the standard I strive for, and I have taken extra step.

The windshield needs to be polished its so hard to see when it rains but overall really smooth and recommended. Very fuel efficient for a big sedan as well
