I did the refuel as per rules and when I parked the car back to the original spot, it's losing a bar. The host insisted that I need to refuel it back to full. It's just a bar I mean host could've just charged it but no, I had to drove back to servo from 8th level car park building and wasted my time and energy. The car was also dirty, AC was stink, and the body full of scratches, looks like the car has never got a changeover treatment. This is the first and my last time hiring car from here.

check GPS you filled up in colac, and by the time you got to the city the fuel was missing almost a 1/4,
lame rtaliation just for asking you niceley to do the right thing and fill up.
While the car has some minor cosmetic body damage, like paint scratches, it was in perfect running order and we have no complaints. Communication, pick up, and drop off were extremely easy. I would rent this car again in a heartbeat.
