Significant delays and inconsistent communication with no show of basic human decency. Left without a car for several hours and had to arrange my own solution. Not a reliable or well-managed experience. Currently still disputing with Turo themselves as host seems to be in denial of facts.
Service expectations differed significantly. While polite, communication & timelines were challenging. We wish them well & feel our services may not be the best fit for any future bookings.
