Angelo was really helpful as I put incorrect DOB on my app and he fixed it for me. Friendly staff!

The communication was extremely poor. The car wasn’t even at the same location that the person said it was. This was due to their being multiple hosts involved. This is the first time I’ve experienced this with Turo.
The car itself was amazing, but the communication was the worst I’ve ever experienced.
