Amazing pickup and return

Easy pick up and drop off BUT car hasn’t serviced properly. Front brake pad is finished… quite unsafe to drive. (I noticed this the last day just before to return)

Hi Sirawut,
Thanks for your feedback. The car still had around 6,000 km until its next scheduled service. After your trip, we inspected the brakes and noticed the new noise from the front brakes that you mentioned, which wasn't present before the hire.
We had the vehicle checked and found it was simply a small stone lodged in the brake assembly. The stone has since been removed, and the car is now driving like new again.
