Rental started off very poorly, the car (electric car) that we had rented was not available due to a crash.
We had chosen an electric vehicle to avoid paying the peak gas prices but we were told that there were only gasoline vehicles (the other electric car on site they had was not charged) remaining and they would offer an available car at the same cost. This was a fine solution but it took over 1h27mins to get the rental sorted.
I arrived for an 830 AM pickup and was unable to get out of the car lot until 1008 AM.
The vehicle was fine, but the service was a bit sub-par. I would like not use this specific company again.

Original booking was cancelled due to car not available, had to switch from a SUV to a sedan last minute. Host was helpful in finding a solution, and new car wasn’t bad, just not as preferred as originally.
