Absolutely horrible, firstly I had booked a car and then they message me after I paid saying it’s unavailable and provide me with another one. I went and the car was fully dented why would I pay that much for a dented car. Secondly I picked another car and once everything was done the aircon smelled so bad I couldn’t handle it so we had to turn it off and open the windows, until eventually the smell went away steering will was so sticky and much more. Would never book with them again!
Service expectations differed significantly. While polite, communication & timelines were challenging. We wish them well & feel our services may not be the best fit for any future bookings.

DO NOT use this vendor, car stank of smoke, I have children and when I asked them to change it, they were less than helpful. They asked me to contact Turo customer support rather than trying to help.
Shame I cannot leave a review of 0 Stars.

Unfortunately, we were unable to deliver to your preferred location at that time due to limited staffing. Per Turo policy, we advised contacting Turo Support so the issue could be properly documented and resolved. We strive to assist within the limits of Turo’s process.
