Good quality car. Lots of procedure to pick up the car meant it took me 2 hours to pick up the car reducing my usable hire time from 24 hours to 22 hours. This could have been avoided had the rather complex procedure been flagged up front.
Peter, this review is not accurate. You arrived but never contacted me by phone or through the Turo app, so I had no way of knowing you were there. We then spent extra time completing the standard Turo check-in because your driver’s licence had not been uploaded and you were totally unfamiliar with the process or even technolgy. The delay was caused by incomplete verification and lack of communication, not by the pickup procedure.
