Amazing! Though there was static with the left front speaker of the car but all in all, it was amazing. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend

We came to pick up the car, but the reserved vehicle was not available. The reception staff said we should have been notified, however we received no notification at all. They suggested it might be because it was the weekend, but we actually arrived on Monday at 11:30, already 30 minutes later than the original pickup time.
They first offered us a smaller replacement car, which was in very poor condition. The next available option was a 2010 Honda Civic, but we had to wait another 40 minutes for the car to be cleaned.
The car itself had several issues: the doors had to be locked manually, the key was damaged and couldn’t fold properly, and there seemed to be a problem with the transmission when changing gears. I informed the staff and they did offer to change the car, but by that point we didn’t want to waste more time dealing with another swap.
On a positive note, returning the car was easy and the staff were friendly and polite. However, overall the experience was disappointing due to poor communication, delays, and the condition of the vehicle.
