We rented a car from Fred for a family trip and it was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear and quick the whole way, with pickup and drop-off instructions that left no room for confusion. He even covered an extra parking fee with a $15 contribution, which was a thoughtful touch.
The car itself ran beautifully and was surprisingly economical for its size. With a family of four, having a bigger vehicle made a real difference — luggage, day trips, and getting around were all straightforward. A huge asset to the trip. Highly recommend.
