Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The car was great, exactly as described, clean and well presented, and the whole process was easy and stress-free.
What really stood out was the service after the hire. I accidentally left my headphones in the car when I returned it and didn’t realise until afterwards. He went out of his way to find them and is sending them back to me, which I really appreciate. That kind of honesty and customer service is rare these days.
Couldn’t recommend him highly enough. I’d happily hire from him again without hesitation. Easy 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The condition of the car was acceptable for the price.
However, the owner sent me an invoice claiming that the fuel tank was not full. I did refuel the car until the pump automatically stopped, and I provided the receipt as proof.
Neither the customer service team nor the owner responded to my messages, yet the amount was still deducted from my account.
Be vigilant.

Hi Julie, we’re sorry for the delayed response. Just to clarify, the fuel charge was reviewed and approved by Turo based on the fuel-level evidence submitted; it was not charged by us directly. If you have a timestamped photo showing the car was returned with the same fuel level, we’ll happily review it and correct the matter with Turo if appropriate. Thank you.
