Dirty windscreen inside and out, tell them to look through it into a low sun they'll be shocked. Unusable wipers, couldn't drive if rain threatened and it did, until I bought new wipers to make it usable. Not yet been paid for that, Lots of photos to prove problems. Picked up with Less than half tank of petrol. Begged them in advance to clean windscreen as I knew I had 2 hrs driving into setting sun. Very unhappy.
This guest not complaining about the dirty exterior or windscreen during the trip as its been WASHED AND CLEANED just couple hrs before trip started.
For the windscreen its being refunded. We are not aware of it as the previous guest never complain abt windscreen at all.
And this guest complained about weather in Canberra which we are not in power to control that!
