The rental process had a few hiccups, but the customer service was quick to respond and did their best to sort things out. Still recommend.

Messy business to rent from. Lots of hiccups along the way. No airport pickup and drop off. The car is at a rental agency in tweed heads despite advertising. I had to leave the airport and then come back an hour later to catch the shuttle because I watched an empty one go by without going into the collection roundabout and was late for an apt. There was no transport back available for a 6am flight. Dropped the car off at night the day before and couldn’t get an uber/taxi in tweed to take back to my accommodation. Luckily I had a friend in the area who I was able to phone and wake up to collect me from the depot otherwise I woulda been stuck walking an hour to my accom at midnight. The uber link they offered me didn’t allow be to prebook an uber for the morning (to avoid being in the same position again). Ended up just buying my own uber to the airport from my friends. Overall I don’t recommend if you need an airport to airport rental and are travelling with places to be straight away or with early or late flights. Also service is a bit random there’s no one around during your travel period (landing and departing times) despite you liaising those times in your booking. So really when you need a live agent on ready to work.
