Pickup was seamless and the location was conveniently located near the airport. Host was responsive and communicated well. There was a last minute swap, but it’s to another car of the same make and model so all is good.
As for the Audi, visually it’s seen better days, but it drives fine and is pretty good on gas!

Pickup and drop off was a nightmare. They sent Ubers to pick me up from the wrong airport terminal and then tried to drop me off to the wrong terminal. There had been no attempt to clean the car by the hosts. It was disgusting inside and out. Unbearable, sickening smell inside the car especially when the fans or aircon was on. Host cancelled trip last minute and replaced with a different car and then told me just before I picked the car up that they couldn’t provide the phone mount I had selected and paid for. Zero communication between the 20 host you have to deal with which caused a lot of problems. Completely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or money with this incompetent company. Terrible experience.

We provided instructions and arranged Uber transfers, though we acknowledge there was confusion with the location. Cleanliness, missing add-ons, and communication fell short of our standards, and we are addressing these issues to improve future service. Thank you for your feedback.
