Easy communication. Pick up and drop off can be a bit annoying as there is no cell reception where you collect and drop off from
Car is in basement B4 and mobile signal is not strong enough to pass to b4. That is why we suggest to read the instructions, download and upload the photos before you enter the car park.

When I went to pick it up, the lockbox didn't work, so I had to wait for over 30 minutes. Upon returning it, the parking gate PIN code they provided was incorrect, causing another 30-minute delay. Because it seems to be co-managed, it felt quite poorly maintained. It might be a decent option only for those who don't mind dealing with these kinds of issues.
Sorry for the delay. We are currently changing new location and doing our best to manage the lockbox issue. We are still in process of communicating with building management and hopefully we will have better solution as soon as possible.
