The host Simon was fine and responsive.
I would say definitely read the small print carefully. The pickup is contactless and can be difficult especially if you don’t have access to the internet for any reason.
We unfortunately had a tyre blow out on the motorway. The recovery process was handled by Turo who were appalling. They initially sent recovery to the wrong location leaving us stranded on an unsheltered motorway in intense heat for 3 hours. When the truck arrived it only had 2 passenger seats and there were 3 of us. I was forced to climb a fence off the hard shoulder and make my own way back to Brisbane from 20 miles away..
