Drop off was a bit complicated with the parking facility having issues.. other than that it’s my second time hiring with this company, they have good communication and the process in general is really easy. Jeff is amazing!!!

Car was decent overall but battery died randomly (no lights were left on or anything), took a few tries to come back to life. Hosts provided wrong parkade code to return car. Had to sit outside parkade for 15 mins waiting for them to send correct one, but that’s not too bad.

Car was surprisingly a really good drive, good communication from the host and for a good price. Interior looks a bit old and worn but that didn’t affect my overall experience.
