Other than taking a few minutes trying to find the locker for the key everything went smoothly with pick up and returning the vehicle. The one light headlight was out when driving the car back but not a big deal.
Would recommend and use this service again.

It’s an ok vehicle. No power lock on keys which is slightly inconvenient. And the pickup/drop off location was horrible. I picked up at 6pm which is traffic hour but it was impossible to get to. Waited 20 minutes to go 1km because it’s on a one way street right before the bridge. I thought this would be a convenient place to pick up but was a nightmare. The car drove good, small engine car.
Sorry to hear about the traffic issue. Maybe next time book around less busy time , like 10am or 8pm. Have a good day.
