First time booking via Turo. Loved the convenience of picking up / dropping off the car at the airport and not have to catch the courtesy bus. Instructions were quite simple. Car itself was a joy to drive. Great on fuel, easy to park, icy cold aircon, great boot space and the phone holder was a super convenient touch. I’m leaving 4 stars because there were some delays with the host arriving at the airport for both pickup and drop off, and the windscreen wipers most likely need to be replaced but otherwise, it was a solid experience and would book again.

Too complicated and includes alot of details.

When i asked to change the pick up point it took many unanswered messages via emails and the app. Contact was made eventually and the new arrangement was agreed to.
