Dave was a fantastic host — very friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with throughout the whole trip. He responded to any queries promptly and made the process really smooth from start to finish. He also picked me up promptly from the airport which made arriving in Melbourne much easier, and was very flexible when I needed to change the return date at short notice.
The original car I hired had unfortunately been damaged by a previous user, but Dave handled the situation brilliantly and gave me a free upgrade for a week while the Mazda was being repaired, which I really appreciated. The Mazda itself was great fun to drive and served me really well during my six weeks in Melbourne.
Dave also gave some great local tips and recommendations which were very helpful as a visitor to the area. Overall, a fantastic experience and I’d definitely recommend Dave to others. I’d happily use him again if I’m back in Melbourne!
