Car was not clean when picked up

The communication was friendly and prompt, the pickup was easy.
The car is a perfect city car, and drives nicely.
I would have left 5 stars, there were a few niggles which l will communicate directly and l am sure Jonas will address.
The vendor was prompt,polite and friendly in his interactions. The car was good apart from some niggles, which l will communicate directly with Jonas.
One of the issues is worth mentioning here.
The windscreen was very dirty inside and out.
Which became a serious frightening issue with evening low sun.
On returning home it really took some cleaning.
I guess Oz high temps bake the grime on.
As another reviewer mentioned it, maybe its worth attention prior to renting out.
In short l would happily use Jonas and his car again.

The owner was very friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout our rental experience, which we really appreciated. Communication was smooth and they were happy to assist with our needs.
However, the car itself could have been cleaner. The windows and side mirrors were quite dirty, which reduced visibility while driving. With better cleaning, this would have been an excellent experience overall.

There is a really great car, perfect for nipping around Sydney. Jonas was also very helpful and responsive in his communication.
