Steve has been so helpful with an issue that almost ruined our holiday ( our mistake, not the car it's a gem! ) he went above and beyond to sort it out and has been so wonderful to deal with everytime we rent through him his customer service has not wavered and his always so happy and beautiful too! Fantastic experience from start to finish. The car was exactly as described — clean, well maintained and drove perfectly. Pickup and drop-off were seamless, and the host was extremely professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. Would definitely book again.
