This was due to a gearbox problem that was picked up at its service, it has been replaced with a new one.
From the hand over to the conference and realisability of the whole experience especially bringing my first time dealing with this it was absolutely perfect. Went above and beyond to make it as comfortable as possible. Very much recommend
