Jonathan was great to deal with & he was really understanding when we had to cancel due to illness. He wrote for us on line and said he approved us being given a refund which seemed to assist Turo in deciding to give us a refund. So when we were able to reschedule our trip week later I was happy to re book Jonathan's car. Having the car dropped off to our hotel was a huge bonus and it was spotless clean, ran very well as a hybrid so we used little petrol. Jonathan was very quick to respond to my many questions. Would book this car again if I was lucky enough to visit again or tell my friends too book Jonathan's cars. Best to have a car in Alice Springs. So great to save some money as well and spend on other holiday outings. Thanks again Jonathan
