The 10 Guidelines of Turo Car Hiring 📝 By reserving this car, you agree to: 1. Unlimited Kilometers are included mostly because we do not want you worrying about extra costs, and we are not worried about a few extra dollars for a few extra kilometers however we are cool for you to travel between Noosa and Ballina as a guide and west to Toowoomba for example.  If you need to travel further just let us know but the intention of unlimited kilometers is to take the worry out of any surprise costs at the end of your trip, but we do not allow you driving to Sydney or Cairns for example. 2. This car is ideal for economy city driving and do not have cruise control, not a powertrain for highways, no off road 🚧 driving. 3. Please ensure the fuel tank is filled on return⛽. A refilling charge will be incurred post return if you have not filled the tank. Turo allows us to charge you for any fuel if you have not filled the fuel tank plus a $10 fee for doing so. This car require 91 or E10 fuel. 4. The guest is responsible for paying all parking and Traffic fines🛂 5. Reimbursement of up to $300 for lost key 🔑 is the guest responsibility. 6. Please remove rubbish at the end of your trip and leave the car clean and tidy, how you found it. Additional cleaning charges ⚠️ apply for unacceptable return conditions. 7. While you are enjoying your ride, please respect the car and refrain from eating and drinking anything but water while in the car. 8. Absolutely NO smoking 🚭 allowed in or next to the car, you can be charged $250 for smoking in the car.(no Cigarettes, Cigars, Weed, Vaping, etc) and sorry – no pets 🐶 allowed either. 9.  Guests are responsible for any tire or wheel rim damage 🛠 - this is the first thing we check on return. If you got flat tire and cant handle it yourself - call Turo Roadside assistance 📞 available 24/7 for accidents, breakdowns, and other issues at +61 2 8317 1415. 10. When your trip ends, please return the car to the same condition you received it. **Please note, this means you cannot bring the car back smoked in, with pet hair, interior stains, trash, or excessive dirt. Returning the car severely dirty, or with any signs of smoking, heavy odors, pets, or stains on any part of the interior, will trigger a deep cleaning fee of up to $250. Please note: this car is equipped with a security device that collects driving data. This includes vehicle location, and may include other driving data such as mileage, driving behavior, and time driven. This information may be shared with third parties for vehicle recovery or insurance purposes. By booking this vehicle you consent to the use of the device.

• Are you flexible with extra mileage?

• Late returns

  You are welcome to request trip extension via app and if no conflict with next guest rental it will be automatically approved. However if late return not agreed in writing Turo’s grace period is 30 minute without any charge. Without communication from guests, additional day rate + late return fees will apply, Please note that a $50 improper return fee may be applied if guest is unresponsive, abandons the vehicle, causes a next guest's trip cancelation, or other reasons determined by Turo.

• Accidents

  If accident occur, please document the damages and the information of any party involved. If the vehicle is drivable, please let us know and complete incident report form in Turo app. If you’re not comfortable continuing your trip, please reach Turo roadside assistance 📞 available 24/7 at +61 2 8317 1415. ⚠️ if you declined Turo guest insurance for the trip you can be responsible for full value of the vehicle.
