Alan’s communication needs work. The address for the car pick up doesn’t match the location it will actually be found. Alan did not respond to messages or phone calls during this time. He didn’t call back until an hour later. During drop off, he requests you park in an unrestricted area. I attempted to return the car for over forty minutes because Alan would not respond regarding the lack of parking. He doesn’t answer the phone (I called over three times) and you can’t leave a voicemail. The car has terrible wind noise and seems to shift gears too late, leading to high RPM and even more noise.

The car performed really well throughout the trip, and I didn’t experience any issues. The only minor thing I noticed was that the adaptive cruise control occasionally accelerated unexpectedly when driving near larger vehicles, such as trucks. Other than that, everything was great. Thanks, Alan! I would happily recommend both Alan and his car.
