Car drove well. Made a last minute booking for 9am which was happily accepted. But it took until around 9:20 for someone to show up and hand over the keys for the car. The car was quite dirty on the outside but I can let that slide due to the last minute nature.
If last minute bookings are not suitable for this provider, I'd suggest they provide a grace period where they know someone will be at the vehicle or keys will be set up in a lockbox, waiting at the start of the booking.
