Car broke down 3 times in 3 weeks
Statement isn't true, guest requested towing for the vehicle, however fault couldn't be found by our mechanic upon return.

Very disappointing and stressful experience. The car had multiple serious issues that made it unsafe to drive. The doors wouldn’t open properly from the inside, and the car was physically unable to exceed 50 km/h, even when trying to accelerate. This became a serious safety concern when driving on the Harbour Bridge, where the speed limit is 70 km/h, and the car could not keep up with traffic.
The car was extremely loud, made a constant squeaky noise, and the drive was not smooth.
Bluetooth was unresponsive at the start, and even using a cable didn’t work. It eventually connected, but only after a long and frustrating delay.
Communication was also a major issue. The host was often unresponsive, and we had to contact Turo support, who then had to call the host/co-host on our behalf before anyone responded. The host would not provide a direct phone number, and instead was calling a mechanic/tow truck, which made the process confusing and time-consuming.
We picked up the car early at 7:30am to be somewhere by 10am, but due to the issues above, we were running late and ultimately had to cancel the rental. With no alternative cars available, we had to cancel our plans entirely.
Overall, the vehicle was not in acceptable or safe condition for rental, and the lack of clear communication made the experience worse.
