We had to wait 45minutes in front of the car because the owner’s unlock system wasnt working. The car wasn’t that clean, one of the windows wasnt working either. Car was smelly, air con was throwing up a bad smell either, so we decided dont use it. We didn’t have a nice experience.

Saying you didn't use the car is incorrect, you drove 590kms.
