Few dents but car was impeccably clean. Communication with owner was quick, responsive and smooth.
Thanks for letting me know. It looks like the previous guest caused those minor cosmetic dents, and you booked the car immediately after they dropped it off, so I didn’t have a chance to notice them. I really appreciate you bringing them to my attention. I’ll get them repaired as soon as possible.

Excellent communication with host and the car was perfectly fine - the only reason I’ve given it 4 stars is because I wouldn’t recommend it for long drives (quite bumpy suspension on long roads).
