We had an initial confusion at the pick up but the owner fixed it.

As you know, a rare combination of circumstances affected the pickup: no cell signal in the airport parking garage, an automated Turo message that failed to send, and bad timing all at once. This trip was cancelled promptly after booking as the vehicle had been diagnosed with a repair need that could not be resolved before the trip start date. The guest was notified immediately and was not charged. Guest safety and vehicle condition are my top priority and I would never put a guest in a vehicle that isn't in perfect condition.
