Car was easy to find, easy to get the key as well. It was clean and tidy. Very easy to drive around just to run errand.

Overall, we had a very positive experience.
Just a couple of points to note:
• The car does not have illuminated gear labels, which made it a bit difficult to change gears at night.
• We found it slightly challenging to locate the parking area mentioned by the host.
