Pickup and drop off was seamless
Car is fine to get you from point A to point B. However, 3 of the electric windows were not working, and there was a large smudge on the front window that caused some issues when driving at night (this could be fixed with a clean)

The experience was great, except that we had to pay $18 to get out of the airport carpark, which we had not been told about.

Hi Yaris was very clean inside with a few notable marks on the exterior which were photographed and accepted.
On return the owner drove us a km to a bus station for transport. Very happy
