5 star for vehicle, booking process and price.
2 stars for communication sadly: I read in multiple messages to reach out if any questions come up and that someone is available 24/7. When I did message early hours of morning to clarify airport transport, I didn't hear back anf then was told that they are not there to answer 24/7. There was some miscommunication arou d airport transport which was not resolved.
With 15 co-hosts and different people responding, it is difficult to keep track of the customer's conversation history I suppose!
This was also my very first Turo experience and some of the frustration was probably exacerbated by that. I still felt like the customer service could have been better.
