Really not thrilled with being dropped at a depot in the dark at pickup. Polite enough but felt isolated and vulnerable. Other Turo providers have been much more professional.

Our depot is just 5 minutes from Hobart Airport in the Cambridge industrial area. As it was dark and raining during your pickup, we understand how that may have affected your experience. We provide free airport pickup and an easy car return for your early morning flight before 6:00am. We appreciate your comment and look forward to see you back in Tassie.
