Nobody onside for key return and late to receive car this morning
Thank you for your feedback. Since your trip end falls outside office hours, we provided clear after-hours drop-off instructions via Turo messaging and SMS, which were not followed, as the car key was left inside the broken lockbox.

Easy car to drive. Spacious for 6, comfortable for 7 and tight for 8 people. Overall I recommend and would rent again.
