Got a very bad experience booking with Turo with their unsupportive support. Ended up paying very expensive for a 2013 car that even the reverse parking alarm is not working.

Service expectations differed significantly. While polite, communication & timelines were challenging. We wish them well & feel our services may not be the best fit for any future bookings.

Great car, drove well and was perfect for our trip. Staff were awesome and easy to deal with. Only small things were the photos were a bit different to the car we got, and the pick-up/drop-off spot confused our Uber drivers a bit. Otherwise all good 👍
