host communicated good however i specifically set pickup to and from the airport and right before my flight landed i got a message to pick up and drop off at a random location that i had to uber to, the car stank like spoiled food even after looking for the source and not being able to find, and it was so bad that we had to buy air fresheners which barely helped, the car was filthy when we picked it up with food, crumbs and rubbish left in it. it wasn’t a good start to my vacation

The car had a really unfortunate smell and was quite dirty at pickup. Then we started to see a lot of sizable bugs all over the car. We asked to return the car and the host let us do that with no issues thankfully.
Previous customer may be left the window when I cleaning I couldn’t find, but I need to block out another few weeks and clean properly
