Terribly maintained car. Poor Tyers and problem with steering. Reported with no real response besides asking me to privately send video of sterring issue. After a week the steering failed on me and I lost control of the vehicle. I was then asked to leave the vehicle where it it is with key in lockbox and get an uber to another car company. I was told that it was my choice to get a cheap car and I choose to hire it and stuff happens with old cars. Even when distressed by the situation he got angry and said why am I being so difficult. Turo have refunded the rest of my trip ehich was good, but been unable to provide me a replacement vehicle. Shaken and really disappointed in this service. Do not hire this car!!

When you arrived to pickup the car you did not know how to start the car, put the car in drive, turn on the windscreen wipers or turn the headlights on all of which I helped you with.
You had the car for a week and drove 1,500km till you lost control in heavy rainfall on a roundabout and now trying to blame the car for your near miss.
This will be investigated and Turo should have you banned as hiring peoples car when clearly you are an inexperienced driver is not acceptable.
