Car worked great and was clean for my trip. Jacob is very helpful, communicative and prompt in responding. Airport pickup and drop off was easy.
Definitely an older car, but again runs great for a week/weekend cruise

I was downgraded to a small car on a short notice. The new car is unsafe to drive, back door is broken and the trp hasnt started yet, the bumper is just held by racer tape. peeled off the next day due to rain. Host told me to put a tape and it would be ok…I have my family with me during the trip. And the reimbursements is a hassle.

I offered a different car and you accepted. The boot gas strut was damaged on pickup due to your trying to force the boot closed with your luggage hanging out as seen via the photos. This could have easily been fixed on the spot and not a safety issue as you continued to claim and has nothing to with keeping the boot closed.
The tape on the bumper is just for additional support as being a rental car it takes a lot of hits underneath again not a safety issue.
