The car was great, it’s slightly older but it ran smoothly throughout the trip and was able to take us to the tablelands, kuranda and the northern beaches without an issue! The pick-up and drop-off process was very easy, Jacob was extremely helpful and communicative throughout! Would definitely recommend!

The car has many faults most not revealed at all and one only re ealed 12 hours before pickup (too late to cancel).

Hey Peter,
It was just a tyre pressure sensor issue which has now been fixed. The car still drove perfectly fine and you had no issues on your trip. I gave you the option to cancel as soon as I found out about the issue and gave you all the information and you chose to proceed with the trip. This review is a little harsh I wish I had just canceled the booking but thought I would give you the option to not leave you stranded without a car.
