Had a great travel day trip. The car was affordable and reliable. No issues with driving at all. And he was very responsive and kind throughout the experience.

Rented the 2013 Golf for a quick trip up to Mossman for lunch. Have rented from Jacob before. Communication is prompt and instructions are clear. Car suited our purposes perfectly. Jacob has newer Jaecoo cars if you are after something more recent. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again!

Jacob provided excellent service. Although I encountered a minor issue with the vehicle after two days, Jacob addressed the situation promptly and resolved it immediately. He also offered a replacement vehicle; however, as the matter was resolved, we were pleased to retain the original car. The communication was outstanding, and the vehicle itself is impressive, particularly regarding fuel economy. I highly recommend Jacob and his fleet.
