The car has no battery just 2 hours before I returned but the host responses very fast. He came and help us. Also, he filled up the tank for us. I will highly recommend this car rental. Thank you

Pick up and drop off was smooth. Host was great at communication. The interior of the car was great. However, the exterior of the car was in poor condition, with faded panels and scratches. Also when driving around town in Cairns it became obvious that the shocker absorber on the drivers side is non-existent making a noise with the slightest dip in the bitumen where it would appear the body of the vehicle possiblity was touching panel work.
