Everything was very smooth and communication was very good. The vehicle was a great little compact car to get around town in.

Terrible is an understatement.
Ruined my entire trip with dishonest and unprofessional dealings.
Very dishonest person, I would highly recommend not using.
There was a massive crack in the windscreen when I picked the car up on the front window, which made the car extremely unsafe, and then the person tried to raise a dispute claiming it was my fault. In my time hiring cars I have not encountered such a bad and dishonest experience.

I have been hosting for over three years, and my previous reviews reflect consistently positive guest experiences. At check‑in, the vehicle had a minor, previously repaired chip on the driver’s side of the windscreen, which was documented. After the trip, a new crack was identified near the centre of the windscreen, close to the rear‑view mirror, which was not present at check‑in. This was raised through the appropriate process. The key was left in the lockbox but unsecured, luckily i was nearby
Dashcam is very annoying, the radio is in Japanese and there is a very big crack on the windscreen but overall did the job and got my mates and I from A to B

Pretty straightforward pickup and dropoff. Great gas mileage. If I have a critique, it’s that the dashcam could be less noisy and annoying.

I already informed the guest there is no bluetooth but there is a CD Player with lot of CDs. I even gave a free bluetooth speaker and delivered to his location. Because of there is no bluetooth in the car it is listed on a lower price compare to others. Thanks
