The rental itself went smoothly, and I returned the vehicle as agreed. After the trip, the host contacted me regarding alleged damage. A claim was submitted shortly afterward, before I had an opportunity to respond or discuss the matter with her.
I would have appreciated the opportunity to communicate first. The matter is being handled through Turo’s process.
