The car was good and pick up was good. Unfortunately there was an airtag on the car keys that wasnt disclosed. The airtags location was checked multiple times during my two days of having the car, which showed on my phone.
Hi Alison, I normally tell people when handing the keys and unfortunately in your case we were not available to hand over the keys , so had to leave the keys in a public place and fully explained this to you. I also explained we do not view location while you had the vehicle, they are there to track the expensive key fob when lost and offered for you to remove for the entirety of your trip. I’m disappointed that you have provided such a low score, but understand it wasn’t suitable to you.

Everything was perfect! The car is great, and Daniel is an incredibly helpful and pleasant host. He even offered us a lift home after the trip! Huge thanks for the premium service—100% recommended!
