Good communication, easy to pick up the car from the airport. The car was in good condition and clean, and cheap to fill up at the end of the trip. Only issue was the Bluetooth connection wasn't great so maps were a bit jumpy and couldn't listen to music. Worth bringing your own holder for your phone.
