The communication was fair. I was requested to use premium fuel in the 2015 Kia Cerato after finalising my purchase so I could not factor this into making my decision (current fuel price was 2.70 for that fuel type). The car’s air conditioning did not work and I travelled a long way. There was a consistent knocking sound (suspension or joints?). The host offered to fix the aircon during my trip but I couldn’t take time from my holiday to organise fixing their car. I was offered a refund if I fabricated my report of the vehicle’s state and performance by the host. I had to contact customer service at least three times to navigate issues for clarification.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The car was great, exactly as described, clean and well presented, and the whole process was easy and stress-free.
What really stood out was the service after the hire. I accidentally left my headphones in the car when I returned it and didn’t realise until afterwards. He went out of his way to find them and is sending them back to me, which I really appreciate. That kind of honesty and customer service is rare these days.
Couldn’t recommend him highly enough. I’d happily hire from him again without hesitation. Easy 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
